All treatments are provided as an exclusive home service in the Marbella and Costa del Sol area. The therapist travels to the client's location (home, hotel, villa, etc.).
Treatments are for wellness and aesthetic purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment. Clients with medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking.
Bookings can be made in two ways:
A booking is confirmed once you have received a written confirmation (either automatically via Cal.com or personally via WhatsApp within 2 hours of your request).
By making a booking, you provide your name, email address, and/or WhatsApp phone number, which will be used solely for booking management and communication purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is processed by Cal.com and other service providers.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated via WhatsApp as early as possible to allow the slot to be reassigned.
All prices are listed on our website and include VAT where applicable. Prices are quoted in Euros (€).
We accept the following payment methods:
As an auto-entrepreneur benefiting from the French VAT franchise scheme (franchise en base de TVA, Art. 293 B CGI), VAT is not applicable: "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI".
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
Magical Touch by Vanessa provides wellness and aesthetic massage services with professional care and diligence. However:
Before each session, the client will be asked to sign a written health declaration confirming that they have no medical conditions, contraindications, injuries, illnesses, infections, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other circumstances that would make lymphatic drainage or massage inadvisable. By signing this declaration, the client acknowledges that:
If the client refuses to sign the health declaration, the therapist reserves the right to refuse or cancel the treatment at her sole discretion, without liability.
All content on the website (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Magical Touch by Vanessa and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

The business is registered in France as an auto-entrepreneur and therefore French law governs the business's legal status, tax and accounting obligations. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their habitual residence under applicable EU consumer protection regulations (Rome I and Brussels I Recast).
In accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and French consumer law (Code de la consommation, Art. L221-18), you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of acceptance, provided the service has not yet been fully performed. By booking and attending a treatment, you acknowledge that the service will be fully performed before the withdrawal period expires, and you waive the right of withdrawal upon completion of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
